By accessing or using Kindred Point ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including organizations and their staff.

2. Description of Service

Kindred Point is a commerce and operations platform designed for nonprofits, wildlife centers, museums, nature centers, and other experience-driven organizations. We provide tools for ticketing, memberships, point-of-sale, online storefronts, and related operational workflows.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

5. Payments and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to their terms of service.

6. Trial Period

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kindred Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
